Role:
* The plan is for someone to join as the Lead / Senior Engineer and develop / progress into bigger roles.
* Reporting to and working closely with the current Engineering Manager you will have a high degree of responsibility for all things engineering; including but not limited to maintenance, capital expenditure, plant improvements and the site maintenance team.
* You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean / modern improvement initiatives.
* You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
* This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching.
You:
* Most importantly the successful candidate will be an ambitious and highly motivated potential future leader and senior manager.
* You will be excited by the prospect of joining a UK wide 'talent pool' that is expected to provide the future senior managers of the future.
