Confident Regional Finance Manager sought on behalf of our renowned and successful client based near Northolt, London.
The new Regional Finance Manager will oversee the financial control of one of their key regional areas within the group, liaising across the business and working closely with operational management, adding value and strong financial oversight where needed, taking responsibility for the accurate monitoring and reporting of all financial results for the entity.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Responsible for all day-to-day financial aspects of the entity, providing insight and assistance to Management and Operational staff, facilitating sound decision making.
* Assist with and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met.
* Regularly forecast and review budgets and variances to forecasts
* Ensure the accuracy of the P&L Statement and completion of monthly financial reports, in accordance with set deadlines.
* Implement and support the Group directives.
* Maintain the integrity of the accounting systems and data.
* Be responsible for all aspects of the Balance Sheet
* To work closely with Senior Management, provide sound financial advice and assist where required.
Experience and skills required:
* Background within Construction/Civil Engineering or similar environment
* Project/Contract business experience highly desirable
* Accountancy Qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA Fully qualified/Finalist or actively working towards with relevant experience.
* Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and SAP.
* Able to demonstrate the self-confidence, commercial acumen and communication skills
* Able to produce accurate, timely and reliable complete financial information
* Previous supervisory experience
* UK driving license is required for this position as the role will involve occasional travel
Role comes with generous benefits, including company car or car allowance, 10% Bonus and Private Medical.
Onsite working with occasional travel between sites and to head office
