Environment and Sustainability Coordinator

Support the Corporate QEHS obligations for corporate and regulatory reporting ensuring that data sets are accurate, collected in a timely manner and managed to support evidence-based assessments. Enable the company carbon reduction strategy through development and maintenance of records and databases and the evaluation of information to create business and project specific submissions.

What you'll do:

Compilation of key monthly reports including liaison with data owners to produce required KPIs, metrics and analysis;
Managing key databases, sources of data and spreadsheets for the compilation of monthly QEHS Board report, Carbon Calculator, quarterly project specific sustainability report and annual sustainability report;
Collation and analysis of annual carbon information and data for CDP, ESOS, SECR, CRP, ISSB;
Delivery of monthly and annual reports in line with corporate and statutory requirements;
Input and calculating Social Value metrics;
Supporting the maintenance and development of in-house QEHS tools including KPI reporting dashboards, waste and carbon platforms, etc;
Proactive monitoring of QEHS target progress to support management decision making;
The management of access to key internal and external QEHS tools;
Training of personnel on the use of telent systems including: E&S dashboards, carbon and waste platforms, etc. Key Requirements:

Experienced in provision of data management and reporting services;
Practical use of Microsoft Power suite and O365 tools (or equivalent) and applications for the preparation of reports and data handling;
Track record for the provision of report and data management services; and
Excellent presentation and reporting skills. What we offer:
