Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks - Sheffield – Up to £73k + Package

This family owned, specialist, national groundworks contractor, is looking to bolster their Yorkshire commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after plot works and roads and sewers for projects ranging from £1m to £30m in value.

All sites will be in the Yorkshire region (primarily West, East and North), providing local work for the successful candidate for many years to come.

They are incredibly busy through both repeat business and an increase in the housing market and they are looking for somebody capable of managing their own schemes from start to finish whilst providing support from management as and when required.

The role will be a mixture of office and site based working with one day a week allowed from home, overseeing multiple schemes independently.

Due to the size and structure of the company, they are also able to provide a tailored and varied career path within the business as well as support with additional training and education if desired.
