Team Leader Contract Support

Southampton

£35,000 + 22 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Your new company

A UK recognised FM Service Provider- Fantastic presence in the market.

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

* Oversee a team of contract support and helpdesk administrators on a day-to-day basis

* Lead a team to deliver against contract KPI’s & SLA’s

* Raising PO’s, quoting, ordering parts, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer’s, updating the client on job progression and more.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a contract support or helpdesk role is essential.

* The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and being efficient with MS programmes.

* Good communication skills and experience in customer service engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
