* Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues, solve problems, and escalate when necessary.
Skills & Knowledge:

* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Organised, detail-oriented, and accountable
* Conflict resolution, team-oriented, and flexible
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to lead virtual teams and multi-task
