Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Collect and analyze feedback from interviews to facilitate the decision-making process

Manage the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding candidates

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

Prior experience as a recruiter, either in-house or agency

Strong knowledge of various recruitment methods and tools

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

High level of energy and enthusiasm

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruiting
