Supply Desk are looking to appoint a teacher that is passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to laying a strong foundation for young learners? We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our school in Berkhamstead area If you have a nurturing approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.

The Role and the Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
However, experience teaching in Early Years or Key Stage 1, either through previous employment or teaching placements is desirable.
Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and an ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and promotes social and emotional development.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and implement effective teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
Foster a love for learning and create a stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
