The Role – PRU Teaching Assistant

As a PRU Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged 11-16 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their reintegration into mainstream education. The role requires managing challenging behaviour, so prior experience in behaviour management is essential. While experience in a PRU or similar setting is preferable, a background in sports coaching or mentoring is also valued, to help guide and motivate young people.
