DBS on the Update Service: An enhanced DBS check is required. If you have one on the update service, that's a plus!Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to both students and teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Individual Support: Working with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential.
Behaviour Management: Supporting the maintenance of good classroom discipline and behavior.
Resource Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Mentoring and Guidance: Providing guidance and encouragement to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
Special Educational Needs: Assisting students with special educational needs and helping to ensure their inclusion in the classroom.
