Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Assisting with planning and preparation of activities and learning materials
Providing one-on-one or small-group support to students who may need extra help
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive learning environment
Helping with administrative tasks and maintaining a safe and tidy classroom
Contributing to the wider school community, including participating in extracurricular activities
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred, but not essential)
A willingness to undertake training and professional development
