Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will manage new product submissions and address customer issues, focusing on monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities of a Project Administrator
* Assist in the management of new product submissions, including documentation, tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on the progress of product development projects.
* Handle customer inquiries and issues related to product development, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to product development activities.
* Prepare and distribute regular reports on product development metrics and project statuses.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Support the Product Development Manager with administrative tasks and project coordination.
* Conduct research and gather data to support product development initiatives.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Key Skills of a Project Administrator
* Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within a product development or technical environment.
* Strong technical interest and aptitude.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
