Customer Service Administrator: Temporary to permanent contract to start ASAP!!!

Location:

Birmingham - Aston ( B6 )

Hours of Work:

09:00 – 17:00 ( Monday to Thursday ) & 08:30 – 16:00 ( Fridays )

Salary:

£23,000 - £27,000 ( Depending on experience )

The Customer Services Administrator will provide administrative support across all areas of the business with a particular focus on Customer Service.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Processing daily sales orders and call offs from customers
Liaising directly and building relationships with customers.
Monitor and reviewing daily stock levels for major accounts
Daily planning and production meetings
Works Order Housekeeping
Board ordering
Supporting the office Manager
Daily and weekly reporting.
Filing works orders etc
Skills & experience required:

Experience in a similar role
Excellent IT skills & experience working on excel spreadsheets
Good verbal & written communication skills
Numeracy literate.
Strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
