Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £23,030 per annum + benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, with 1 in every 3 Saturdays
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Permanent Role - Hybrid After 12 Weeks

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Administrator
* Taking calls from the public
* Responding to enquires in line with the company policy
* Processing claims proactively and efficiently
* Accurately capturing contact data in order to insure future insight and seamless customer journeys
* Adhering to all company policies

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator
* Previous customer service is advantageous, but not essential
