Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £24k
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Are you an excellent communicator with a desire to help others? Our client is looking for a personable and competent individual with an excellent attention to detail to join their amazing team as a Customer Service Administrator

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Administrator
* Daily communications with customers via phone, email and social media
* Create and deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions to customer concerns
* General administration and organisation of systems
* Deal with complaints and challenging situations whilst managing workload
* Work with other departments to support and deliver the best outcomes for the customer

The Key Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator
* Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment
* Previous experience of case management and dealing with complaints
* IT skills - experience using MS platforms, softphone, email
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
