Accounts Assistant

Up to £18 per hour, depending on experience

We are working with a great business based in the Kingston area who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on an ongoing temp basis.

In this role you will be a key member of the team supporting in a varied role across the transactional duties (predominately Accounts payable) and Payroll.

Day to day may include:

Management of the Purchase Ledger including coding, authorisation, reconciliations and payments
Month end Payroll processing - monthly PAYE including calculations of SSP, SMP etc.
Expense processing
Keeping records and system up to date
Dealing with supplier queries
We are ideally looking for a strong Accounts Assistant with some experience in Payroll who is confident with learning this area of the role.
