Are you an Administrator or similar, with a background in Sales Ledger or Invoicing, looking to work for an expanding company who operate internationally, who offer a stable, permanent position with full training and potential progression in the future?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a market leading business, who have been established for almost two centuries, with exciting expansion plans, a 30 million pound turnover and routes for their employees to progress into senior management. This German based company provide both physical and digital currency solutions across Europe.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for all sales order management, including raising SOP's, updating invoices, ensuring renewals are processed, support the helpdesk by taking customer enquiries and logging Engineer calls to ensure maximum SLA efficiency.

This role would suit an Administrator with a background in Sales Ledger or invoicing, looking to work for a large company who offer stability, training and the opportunity to progress in the future.

The Role:

Sales order management from receipt to dispatch
First line of customer support
Maintain service contracts and renewals
Processing all monthly and quarterly invoices
Support wider helpdesk team with engineer callsThe Person:
