We are looking for a Energy Procurement Administrator to join our successful Ignite Energy team.

Role and Responsibilities:

The energy procurement administrator is responsible for supporting the energy procurement team in tendering, placement, and management of utility contracts for customers.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* a mathematical and analytical skillset understanding for reporting.

* Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors and other team members

* Working with the energy procurement team, ensuring all customer meters and sites are kept in a suitable contract.

* Collating data from various sources to produce tender documents for flexible and fixed electricity and gas, and water contracts.

* Liaising with internal teams to gather relevant data.

* Supporting in analysing responses for fixed tenders.

* Producing reporting and summary documents for clients.

* Supporting presentation of tender responses.

* Providing administrative support to the team around forecasting and analysis of non-commodity costs.

* Keeping up to date with market drivers and supporting the account management team with commentary and customer dialogue.

* Keeping all files and procurement inbox tidy and answering any queries coming into the joint inbox.

* Joining internal calls and external calls when requested.

* Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Knowledge of energy markets and contracts.

* Background in analysis or working with data.

* Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers, contractors, and other team members

* Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate.

* Attention to detail.

* Have a strong mathematical and analytical skillset for reporting.
