Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Based near Quainton
Salary Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, iPhone, laptop, and a Ford Ranger
About the Role:
I am working on the behalf of a client who have become a major player over the last decade in the air conditioning market, going from strength to strength each year – becoming one of the leading innovators within the HVAC sector, specialising within the retail sector – but will look at all projects.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in air conditioning or duct fitting who is looking to step into a coordinating role.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our manager in ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Attending site visits with the project manager
Preparing and submitting quotes and handling paperwork
Supporting the manager with day-to-day operations
Completing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Picking up and dropping off materials as required
Organizing and sorting materials to ensure efficient site operations
Requirements:
A background as an air conditioning engineer or duct fitter is highly advantageous – but not essential.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Full UK driving licence
