37 hours per week (FULL TIME)

6pm-4:30am Monday to Wednesday, 6pm-1am Thursday

£31,440 per annum + nightshift allowance

The role:

We are currently recruiting for a CNC operator for one of our well-established and fast-growing clients in the Oldbury area. As a Roller/CNC operator you will be operating and running cold rolled forming machines, ensuring product quality is to a professional standard and understanding/using bar coding and material.

Your main responsibilities:

Complying with health and safety policies and procedures.
Communicating with production, drawing office and IT departments.
Understanding material, bar coding and roller systems.
Generating new ideas to contribute amongst the team
Documentation of product quality when associated.
The ideal candidate:

Manufacturing experience in a production environment
Well organized and self-motivated individual.
Effectively contribute to a team and your own initiative
Strong time management skills
Able to reach targets within a given time
