RECRUITMENT APPRENTICESHIP - CARLTON YOUNG RECRUITMENT - RINGWOOD

Carlton Young Recruitment specialise in roles across the fields of Accountancy & Finance, aiming to help business thrive and improve lives by introducing the right applicants to the right employers.

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will embark on an exciting journey to learn all aspects of the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone with a desire to build a career in the recruitment industry. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and understanding the intricacies of the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

* Support the experienced recruiters in managing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and understanding client needs.

* Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and present suitable candidates to senior recruiters.

* Maintain and update our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

* Learn how to write compelling job advertisements and post them on appropriate platforms.

* Provide administrative support, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve our recruitment processes.
