Salary/rate:

Salary is paying £70,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance + Package

I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly and operating in the Building Services they provide a technically led facilities management service that can help reduce your carbon footprint, through enhancing building performance and asset optimisation. About the role:

Here at Options Resourcing Limited we are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for a strong and experienced Account Manager to manage a highly reputable high end retail site in the heart of the city. You would be based on the high-end retail site in London however along with this site you will be managing a portfolio of 4 sites. The ideal candidate is someone who is either from a technical background or someone who has a strong technical understanding and experience managing a technical site. As well as this previous experience within the retail sector will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

· P&L responsibility for the FM on retail properties.

· Raising all Specialist Subcontractor annual orders and monitor output and performance of sub-contractors.

· Ensure contractual commitments, including financial, are met in accordance with agreed SLA's, other commitments within the contract and assessed 'performance standards.

· Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for the retail client, ensuring their needs are consistently met.

· Conduct regular meetings with the client to review performance, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities for service enhancements or additional support.

· Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance operations, ensuring all service levels are met, and the site is maintained to the highest standards.

· Lead a team of on-site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient delivery of services.

· Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for the facilities maintenance team.

· Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance operations.

· Provide regular performance reports to both the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.

Candidate requirements:

· The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

· The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with a proven track record of delivering high service levels on a portfolio of over £2 million which is fast paced and with exacting standards.

· The ideal candidate is someone who is either from a technical background or someone who has a strong technical understanding and experience managing a technical site. As well as this previous experience within the retail sector will be highly advantageous.
