My client is seeking a Business Development to join their sales division at their central London-based offices.

My client is an established office design and build contractor based in the heart of central London. Having been in operation for 20 years – my client is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their sales division at their head offices in London.
My client is a classic Office Design and Build contractor working with companies from various industries including betting & gaming, energy, fashion, finance, media, medical, and technology – this company's portfolio of works is outstanding.
About the role:
As Business Development Manager, you will work alongside the Managing Director and Telesales team to convert leads that come into the business. The role will be very much an ‘on your feet position’ where you will be meeting with potential prospects and managing relationships to ensure repeat business for the company. You will take clients out for drinks, lunch, and dinner and attend industry events to meet with potential clients.
Rewards and Benefits:
My client is offering a salary between £55k - £65k depending on experience. Alongside this, there is a healthy commission structure that my client is willing to determine with the successful candidate. You will also get a pension. There will also be monthly and quarterly incentives to enjoy as a team.
Requirements:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have extensive experience in the office design and build industry with an established network of clients and contacts. You will be a confident individual who will meet with potential clients and have the ability to nurture and develop relationships. A background is sales with an understanding of office design and build is essential
