New Directions Education are working with one of our Secondary School's based in Stockport who are looking for a progressive and supportive Religious Studies Teacher to join their team. This will be a long term role starting in October through until Christmas in the first instance. We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Religious Studies teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4. Applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed and induction support will be available.
As a Religious Studies Teacher you'll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary Religious Studies
To deliver RS lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 - 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.What New Directions Education Ltd offers:
