Option A on behalf of our client based in Duns are looking to recruit food production workers to help within a busy department.
* Operating machinery and equipment used in the processing of salmon.
* Working on the line making sure product is correctly placed to be packaged
* Packaging salmon products efficiently and accurately.
* Applying labels and ensuring proper packaging for shipment.
* Following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
* Conducting regular quality checks to maintain product integrity.
* Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets.
* Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. You will be working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern with shifts daily between 2pm and 10pm each day. Pay for this role is £12.18 per hour with occasional overtime available which is after 40 hours per week at £15.23 per hour
