Application Support Manager

£35,000-£45,000 + Bonus

South Yorkshire (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Oversee the resolution of application issues and incidents, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimise business disruption.
Monitor application performance metrics, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Develop and implement support processes and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of application support services.

What You Would Bring:

Strong application support background and previous managerial or leadership experience.
Strong understanding of application support processes, troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with relevant technologies and tools.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues and prioritise effectively.
