Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Your Role as a SEND Teaching Assistant
In this role, you will:
* Work closely with a dedicated teaching team to support students' learning and development.
* Help implement personalised learning strategies to suit individual student needs.
* Provide essential one-on-one and small group support in a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing atmosphere where students can grow in confidence and independence.
* Adapt learning materials and activities to ensure all students feel understood and included.

We’re seeking a compassionate, driven individual who:
* Has a passion for supporting children and young people with SEND.
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient when faced with challenges.
* Can work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
* Is adaptable and responsive to the unique needs of pupils.
* Holds (or is willing to work toward) relevant SEND qualifications.
