We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. You will play a key role in overseeing and managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities for this position include;
* Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract execution, including planning, execution, and closeout.
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, financials, and any issues.
Qualifications and Experience required;
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction or fit-out industry.
* Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and project management principles.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are highly desirable.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with a keen eye for detail.
