Position: Freelance Site Manager

Duration: 12months

Start: ASAP

I am urgently recruiting a Site Manager to work for a developer on large residential scheme in Maidenhead consisting of 360 units.

You will be responsible for managing internals of a core block from 1st fix until handover. The job is made up of new build RC frame traditional build flats.

Duties include:

* Managing the day to day running of the site ( Mainly the Internal / Fit out elements of the project )

* Manage and implement health & safety procedures

* Motivate, support and manage directly employed staff

* Deliver all aspects of production in accordance with technical and planning documentation

* Fully conform to building regulations

* Ensure that adequate site records are maintained

* Thoroughly inspect and ensure any remedial work is completed in advance of key stage inspections

Suitable candidates must have experience of working for a high volume Main Contractor / Developers in the past and have specialised on the internal / fit out elements of construction projects.

Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
