Join our clients fun and fast-growing team as a Customer Service Advisor! They are an online retailer in the automotive world, running three popular brands, selling across eBay, Amazon, and more since 2014.
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused person to join our client’s team and make sure every customer has a top-notch experience. If you’re someone who enjoys working with customers, we’d love to hear from you! Bonus points if you can speak German—it's an advantage but not essential!
As the first point of contact, you'll help customers with their questions, orders, and any issues they might have—via phone, email, and various sales channels. You’ll also be the go-to for providing updates, dealing with couriers, and handling other tasks like setting up returns or sending out samples.
What We’re Looking For:
* Great communication skills, both on the phone and in emails
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
* Confidence using different systems and platforms
* A positive attitude with a real passion for making customers happy
* Speaking German is a plus!
* Experience with eBay and Amazon would be a bonus, but it’s not essential!
