Location: Warrington, HQ
Contract: 6-Month Temporary (Possible Temp-to-Perm)
Salary: £24,500 pro rata
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (Occasional Saturday work required)
Start Date: Immediate, until the end of March 2025
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s Domestic Sales & Service team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, customer-focused, and looking to make an impact in a dynamic team. The position is initially a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Offer additional products to meet customer needs.
Manage inbound customer contacts via calls, email, web chat, and other channels.
Maintain relationships with the domestic customer base.
Negotiate sales prices and cross-sell relevant products and services.
Support with email management and web chat as required.

Empathy in managing customer interactions
Good listening skills and excellent verbal communication
