Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities Management

Location: Wembley, London

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to manage the maintenance and repair of building systems in the Wembley area. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Engineer:

* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.

* Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, plumbing, and building services.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Work independently or as part of a team to meet service standards.

Requirements of a Multi-Skilled Engineer:

* Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

* Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) in electrical and/or mechanical engineering.

* 18th Edition certification (preferred).

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
