Our client, a reputable entity in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team on a contract basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products and ensure compliance with rigorous industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting regular inspections of products and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards
Identifying defects and coordinating necessary corrective actions with production teams
Maintaining detailed documentation of inspections, findings, and corrective measures
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality control processes
Monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the production environment
Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding quality issues
Ensuring proper use and maintenance of quality control equipment
Job Requirements:
Experience in quality control engineering within the manufacturing sector
Understanding of quality control techniques and industry standards
Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to follow strict procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality standards

7am - 4.45pm (Monday to Thursday)

Up to £14.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
