Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room) - Full-Time Position

Location: Islington Children's Centre
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full-Time

Empowering Learning is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Children's Centre in Islington, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. This full-time role is based in the Baby Room, supporting children aged 0-2 years, and is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care, ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for babies.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support the personal, social, and emotional development of each child, catering to their individual needs.
Build positive, strong relationships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child's development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere in the Baby Room.
Keep accurate observations and records to monitor children's progress and well-being.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential).
Previous experience working with babies in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
