Location: Croydon, CR0 4UQ

Contract type: Full-time

Work pattern: 9 hour shifts, up to 6 shifts per week including weekend work

Salary: £13 p/h , van included

Responsibilities

Load pre-sorted packages on to your van by stepping in and out of the vehicle safely
Deliver a set number of packages to customers
Adhere to all safety regulations on the road
Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
Greet and interact with the company's customers and the public with a professional and positive attitudeWhat we need from you

Delivery drivers spend their days out on the road, so a passion for driving is a must!
You will be a highly motivated individual, able to thrive in a constantly changing environment and be willing to adapt to any situation that arises
Independent problem solver with good communication skills, both spoken and written English
The ability and willingness to be able to use stairs to deliver packages
Ability to lift and shift packages of varying weights
Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not essential
Full and valid manual UK or EU Driving Licence (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes), held for a minimum of 1 year
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a 5 point drug & alcohol test
Must be aged 21
