Position: Team Leader
Location: Pershore, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £13 - £15 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing sectors, especially those with clean room experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing support and guidance to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and quickly resolve any production issues.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare necessary reports.
Conduct routine inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in clean room environments.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
