We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our client based in Over on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, with a focus on carpentry and the safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out internal and external property maintenance.

* Repair building structure, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

* Conduct weekly fire safety equipment checks.

* Maintain adequate stock levels of frequently used items.

* Arrange for delivery and collection of materials.

The Successful Candidate:

* Experience in property maintenance, with a focus on carpentry.

* Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

* Valid driver's license.
