Job Title: Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance - Carpenter
Location: Swavesey
Salary: £32,500 + Company Van + Tools etc..
Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for property maintenance?
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance - Carpenter to join our Client. In this role, you will be responsible for both internal and external property maintenance for commercial, residential, and student properties. With a focus on carpentry, you will ensure that buildings, fixtures, and fittings are kept in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out repairs to the fabric of buildings, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
* Conduct regular checks on fire safety equipment.
* Manage and maintain a well-stocked van with necessary tools and materials.
* Ensure timely, cost-effective travel between locations and efficient use of tools and machinery.
* Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment for high-level tasks.
* Complete necessary paperwork such as timesheets, property logs, and vehicle checklists.
What they’re looking for:
* Experience in carpentry and general property maintenance.
* Ability to manage time efficiently, plan work, and travel between sites.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and working at height.
* Willingness to attend training and ensure all work is carried out safely and effectively.
* Must have a full UK driving license.
