Admin/Compliance Officer at HECTOR FRANCIS (Leeds)
Are you organized, detail-driven, and passionate about ensuring compliance? Join the team at Hector Francis, a leading recruitment agency based in Leeds, as an Admin/Compliance Officer!
Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll support our recruitment operations by handling administrative duties and ensuring that all processes meet industry regulations. From managing documentation to conducting audits, you’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance / payroll across all recruitment activities. The role is Monday to Friday 0830 – 1730 with 1 hour for lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate candidate and employee records
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies
- Conduct regular audits and checks on recruitment files
- Support contract preparation and administrative tasks for the recruitment team
- Update and monitor compliance procedures and ensure regulatory adherence
- Chasing of hours/ timesheets
- Creating costings using Excel
- Advert Renewals
- Resourcing
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of compliance regulations within recruitment (GDPR, employment law)
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office/ Excel and administrative systems
- Previous experience in a compliance or admin role (experience in recruitment is a plus)
