Warehouse Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + stats, excellent benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is a thriving and growing business with a brand-new purpose-built facility. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team. Previous warehouse administration experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently allocate stock based on orders received.
* Release orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain and manage stock in a calendar to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline the goods receiving process.
* Keep accurate records of incoming shipments.
* Utilise ERP system to ship goods and create paperwork.
* Act as a liaison between the warehouse and head office.
* Provide regular updates on stock levels, order fulfilment, and any relevant warehouse activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in warehouse administration.
* Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
