The Role:
As an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching ICT to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will play a key role in shaping the digital literacy and technical skills of our students, preparing them for the future in an increasingly digital world. Your lessons will be engaging, practical, and aligned with the national curriculum, fostering both creativity and critical thinking in students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality ICT lessons that cater to students of varying abilities.
Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning.
Keep up to date with current technological trends to bring fresh perspectives into the classroom.
Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Support extracurricular ICT activities and clubs where applicable.
Communicate regularly with parents/carers to provide updates on students' progress.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience teaching ICT at the secondary school level is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the current ICT curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
