Description

Managing end-to-end payroll processes for a large workforce
Ensuring the accuracy of payroll-related data
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
Working closely with HR to align payroll with company policies and practices
Preparing payroll reports for management as required
Liaising with external auditors and managing payroll tax audits
Continual improvement of payroll systems and processes
Process ad-hoc Real Time Information (RTI) submissions to HMRC as required
Deliver UK End of Year processing and reconciliations, including end of year RTI submissions and oversee issue of P60s.Profile

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist
Exceptional numeracy skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of payroll software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with payroll regulations and requirementsJob Offer

Salary up to £35,000 per annum equivalent + immediate start available + ongoing interim position + accessible Halifax location + free parking on site + excellent staff benefits + high possibility this role will be extended
