Our Client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to provide top-tier maintenance services across our Commercial, Residential, and Student properties. If you’re experienced in repairs, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform internal and external repairs on buildings, fixtures, and fittings
* Maintain and repair furniture, white goods, and drainage systems
* Conduct routine fire safety checks and maintain van stock levels
* Travel efficiently between various sites to ensure timely and cost-effective service
* Keep tools and equipment in top condition and maintain a clean, organized company van
