Job Advert: Facilities Supervisor (M&E Biased)
Location: Various Sites (Including Colleges)
Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE) + Company Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced Facilities Supervisor with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background? Are you ready for your next challenge in facilities management, working on lifecycle projects and maintaining a diverse range of buildings, including educational institutions such as colleges?

Our client is a leading player in the facilities management sector and is looking for a skilled and dynamic Facilities Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing M&E services and ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and operation of M&E services across various sites.
Manage lifecycle projects from inception to completion, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards.
Oversee and support a team of on-site engineers and contractors, providing technical guidance where necessary.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and project progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, with a bias towards M&E.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Experience in managing lifecycle projects, particularly in educational or similar large-scale environments.
Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of engineers and subcontractors.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
