Job Advert - Design Engineer
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary Range: £33,000 - £43,000 per annum

I am currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving our product designs using CAD software and 3D modeling techniques. Required:
Strong proficiency in CAD software (Creo, ProE and Windchill PDM)
Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering
Experience in product design and development
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving skillsKey responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements
Create detailed 2D and 3D models, prototypes, and technical drawings
Conduct feasibility studies and perform analysis to ensure design feasibility and functionality
Identify and propose innovative design solutions to enhance product performance
Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize product manufacturability
