Aviators Wing House and Craft Cocktails is seeking a motivated and experienced Working Kitchen/BOH Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, overseeing the entire kitchen process while ensuring top-notch food quality and safety. You will lead our culinary team, manage inventory, and maintain a smooth workflow in our vibrant, aviation-themed wing house. Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage BOH staff

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management

Coordinate with servers to ensure timely food service

Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards

Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control

Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction

Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner

Requirements

Proven experience as a kitchen manager, BOH manager, or similar role in a restaurant environment

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Excellent leadership and team-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, late hours, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Follow Ownership directives in an exact manner

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
