If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Having worked as a HLTA myself, I know what a dynamic and exciting role this is, as you can be called upon at any time to cover a different subject or lesson on short notice, but it enables you to expand on your subject knowledge across the curriculum and build relationships with a large number or students.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
• Provide feedback to students to help them progress and achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.
• Uphold the school’s values and ethos, contributing positively to the school community.

What we are looking for -
• At least 6 months working within an education setting
• Real passion for education and learning.
• Have the ability to develop good relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues
• Adaptable and reliable.
• Be able to use your own initiative to work as part of a team
• Have experience of the UK curriculum; minimum 6 months.

The key benefits of working with Simply Education are -
• Your own dedicated Secondary school consultant.
