Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + negotiable bonus tbc

The role of the Business Development Manager – Waterproofing System Inspection Services will involve:

* Field sales position selling waterproofing systems inspection services

* Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting

* All of your time will be spent selling to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users

* Turnover will be determined by your experience

* There is an extensive contact list for you to go after however will be spending the majority of the time generating new business

* Will involve occasional overnight stays

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Waterproofing System Inspection Services with:

* Must have extensive knowledge of waterproofing / roofing industry

* NVQ2 or level 2 diploma in roofing / waterproofing

* Ideally dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users

* Technically capable and IT literate

* Driven, hungry sales person
