Working for us, supporting our clients operating as an "In House" recruiter within our Outsourced HR Consultancy. Due to continued success we are seeking to expand our recruitment team, which is set up with the same resources as a recruitment agency, but with the values of an in-house recruitment team.

The recruitment team are driven, as they want to fill our clients roles with speed and quality, but they are not target led to fill them purely to hit targets - they are not set targets. The want to do a good job, it's as simple as that! As a result we have seen our recruitment business go from strength to strength and is in an exciting growth phase.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter, who knows how to fill roles, who knows how to find good candidates, who is good at account management and who can work well with the rest of our team.

Our team here at The HR Dept are everything to us, so we are seeking someone to fit in with us, who shares our values and who will want to support the rest of the team and bring mutual success to the team.
