Actio Automotive Recruitment are assisting our Bristol based client with their search for a Sales Executive to join their successful team.

About Us: Our client is a leading name in the automotive industry, known for providing excellent customer service and top-quality vehicle solutions.

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team at a main dealership. You will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.

* Conduct test drives and present features of the vehicles.

* Negotiate pricing and finance options to close deals.

* Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new vehicle models.

* Working in a compliant manner.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in car sales an advantage but not essential

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong customer service focus and ability to build lasting relationships.

* Target-driven with a proactive approach.

* Full UK driving license.
